Hello Everyone, My internet Knowledge is minimal.
Is it possible to hide my IP from outer world.
Like create my own VPN or ?

hi Franco,
"LOCAL" IP like 192.168.xxx.xxx are difference from "Online" IP which you get "dynamic" from Provider
using VPN it will route by different Server / Provider so only "last" Provider IP will be "known"

Franco the vpn subject is highly technical as you might understand.
If you just want a way to encrypt your data it's pretty easy to set up . You still need to rent a cloud server from a datacenter.(Azure,Amazon etc) There are free options but with limited bandwidth and hours restrictions and such.
Then you will setup your route through this
https://github.com/trailofbits/algo. You have to download Algo and set it up. After that you need to setup your devices to connect through your vpn.
A lot of drawbacks in my opinion to that. If you actually want proper privacy you have to "destroy" your private server on the cloud and then make a new one. The IP from which you will be connecting to the outer world will always be the same so essentially it can become a target at some point. Also if you want to use a VPN to bypass certain products' restrictions(for example Netflix) you won't be able to do it.
To summarize and in my personal opinion if you seriously need a vpn you should sign up for a proper VPN service. They are not that expensive these days and they also offer "home" packages which are even cheaper.

Franco : si quiere navegar de forma segura en mi caso uso Avast Antivirus con el agregado de Avast Antitrack y VPN lo que me protege de sitios inseguros y rastreosde los mismos y en VPN podeer elegir que pais enmascara mi direccion ip...
como no sabemos para que quierer usar el VPN esta es mi ejemplo repuesta
