Hello... you can download the source code (on page 1 of this same post) review it and then compile it yourself
with the .bat that comes in the folder, and you will see that there is nothing strange in it.
That way you'll know if it's a false alarm or not...
From experience the best antivirus for w10 is the "Defender" that comes built-in.
