I found a bug in IDE 3 test 8
It doesn't recompile changed forms! Only changing prg files causes recompilation of project!!!

Even reset incremental data doesn't cause including changes in forms (e.g. new buttons)

Try to add BUTTON in any window via IDE and compile project.
Check if it appears.

Yes, I confirm this problem. The button appears in form only after Resetting Project Incremental Data.
Other than this small problem, it runs fine. I also feel slight improvement of speed of generated .exe file
