pdf and encoding, which?

Reports in HMG works Ok, but where do HPDF I have problem with some letters ŠĐŽĆČ
Which encoding shoud I use? Try with CP1250, UTF-8 but without result - program in attachment
The following problem is bold attribute, the instruction he has, but with some fonts work, with some not
Which a designation should have a font that displays bold (fornt Verdana is problem)
