I am also in need of such a software, dealing with ownership, value, insurance, nature, depreciation, legal compliance etc.,
Let us seek or we shall create one.

Good idea
I can prepare data entry portion as per suggestion / flow chart created but reporting etc. application of depreciation that I can not
