Print Problem

The following problem has happened to someone, until about 3 - 4 months ago, the printing system worked correctly, now the printer indicates that it is ready, but it does not print the entire print run, this does not always happen
I use HMG 3.4.2

A alguien la a sucedido el siguiente problema, hasta hace unos 3 - 4 meses, el sistema de impresion trabajaba correctamente, ahora la impresora indica que esta lista, pero no me imprime todo el tiraje, no siempre pasa esto

Try to print to TXT file and see content...?

the receipt has text, images, 1 qr and barcode, and 20,000 are printed every 5 days, the strangest thing before did not fail

how "old" is the Printer ( Printer Name / Type )

this is about 1460000 a Year which will "Stress" Printer "Mechanic"

how did you check Status of Printer when printing
the "Rubber" which transport Paper will become "old" so Printer can show "Paper Empty".

Hi, i can suggest Two test:
1) disable snmp option Port , this solve mechanic printer trouble that os detect, if success change/ revise the printer
2) Check the spooler clear the print queues. Eventually stop the service, wait a bit and start the service.
From dos type services.msc looking for spooler.
If the restart Is successful the trouble can be located in your os. My esperience suggest stop and start, not the direct restart.

A few years ago I had the problem print spooler had stopping by itself

We use 5 printers, every one print 4000+ , the printers are rented and at the slightest problem they must change them

the problem is that sometimes the spooler is clean and should contain jobs and other times it is full but the printer marks ready to print

thank you all for your comments, with everyone's help, I came to the conclusion that the problem is the spooler, I'll try to send them directly to the printer without using the spooler and see what happens

Returning to the topic in case it helps someone
The problem continued
printing directly to the printer the problem continues, the printer says that it is ready and there are jobs to print
It does not print all the invoices, that is, it prints some and not others, without showing an error
Lastly, the PageScript32 library was used, and none of the previous problems occurred.

El problema continuo,
imprimiendo directamente a la impresora el problema continua, la impresora dice que esta lista y hay trabajos por imprimir
No imprime todas las facturas , es decir imprime algunas y otras no, sin mostrar error
Como ultimo se utilizo la libreria PageScript32, y ninguno de los paroblemas anteriores se presento

Do you use hbprinter previous?
something similar had happened to me in the past, but I haven't solved it.
it would be interesting to find out if it also happens with miniprint ..

did you get "Status" Message like "no Paper" after each Page
( HMG_PrintGetJobInfo )
