IPTV multi VLC

hi,
i can receive multi IPTV Cannel, depend on Connection and PC Hardware
using a i7-6700 ( 4 Core + HT ) i can show 16 Windows using IPTV with VLC
in Combobox you can change Layout ( default 4 x 4 )
in "Config.INI" you can setup Start Value for Combobox
! Note : SET "your" Codepage if you want to import from DBF in "Config.INI"
when press "Start" Button it will build up Windows with VLC.
when "Hover" VLC it will show VLC Timeline
when DblClick a VLC Windows it will go "Fullscreen" and enable Sound
you can "close" a VLC Window, when have Focus, using ESC
now a "Big Button will show to close "ALL Other" Windows which is NEED yet.
Tip : also use ESC to "activate" Button
! Note : it can take some Time while VLC Connection may "hang" ... so wait

in Main you got right-Menu to Import DBF which need "Name" and URL FIELD (Type "C").
a Picklist will display your Import DBF Structure
! Note : 1st FIELD are for "Name" and 2nd FIELD for URL

i include a DBF with some URL for Sport. but i have not "test" all URL if they "work"
when delete TVURL.DBF / TVURL.fpt it will create a New Empty DBF
! Note : Memo TVURL.fpt is need while some URL are LEN > 255
