run 20 x VLC

hi,
i try to show "multi" IPTV
i seems to work up to 16 x VLC but with 20 x VLC it does not run well ...
it is a Ryzen 4650G, 4.2Ghz on a 50 Mbit Internet Connection
Question : is CPU "to slow" or Internet Connection
