Help with .rtf file in RichEdit

Hola... tengo un archivo de texto .rtf creado con WordPad que muestro en un RichEdit, todo bién: Font Size, Color, Justify, etc.
Añadí un emote 24x24px .bmp (se vé perfecto en WordPad y Word) pero en RichEdit nó

Lo celeste es el cursor para mostrar que ni espacio vacío hay donde iría el smile !
Será que RichEdit no acepta imágenes o lo más probable, estoy haciendo algo mál ?
The blue is the cursor to show that there is no empty space where the smile would go!
Could it be that RichEdit does not accept images or, most likely, am I doing something wrong?

Yo lo solucione con un TRUCO...

1.- Abrir el archivo .RTF en Word
2.- Insertar una tabla de 1x1 en la posición deseada
3.- Mover (o Copiar y Pegar la imagen dentro de la tabla creada (ajustar..)
4.- Salvar el archivo .RTF

I solved it with a TRICK ...

1.- Open the .RTF file in Word
2.- Insert a 1x1 table in the desired position
3.- Move (or Copy and Paste the image into the created table (adjust ..)
4.- Save the .RTF file

Gracias Andy !! Tu truco funciona perfecto en una linea individual pero nó a continuación de una existente.
Probé: RTFLoadFile en vez de LoadFile, también 5 (RTFUTF8) en vez de 4 (RTF) y nada...
Desisto... no era por el tonto emoji sinó por poder mostrar imágenes (por ejemplo de un control) en un Help.
