Thank you very much Serge, Daniel and all the members of the HMG community !!!
In the 90's I started with Basic and then Dbase 3 but I didn't like interpreted languages,
I left them until I got to know Clipper 5.2 and 5.3 which gave me what I needed for my projects.
Also program PIC microcontrollers with Assembler and C.
I moved my old Clipper software to Harbor 3.0 for my old clients.
As I no longer had a market for these products, I decided to learn more and take the leap (a bit late by the way).
It was difficult for me to go from text mode to GUI mode, I decided on HMG
Among the available options, and I do not regret it, in the transition I learned a lot
in the posts of this forum, so I am very happy to join him.
Now, after eight software finished successfully, five of them working
productively in shops and to the full satisfaction of users.
I will try from my humble knowledge to contribute my grain of sand to the forum that helped me so much.

los abandone hasta que conoci Clipper 5.2 y 5.3 que me brindaron lo que necesitaba para mis proyectos.
Tambien programe microcontroladores PIC con Assembler y C.
Pase mis viejos software hechos en Clipper a Harbour 3.0 para mis antiguos clientes.
Como ya no tenia mercado para esos productos decidi aprender mas y dar el salto (un poco tarde por cierto).
Me fue dificil pasar de modo texto a modo GUI, me decidi por HMG
entre las opciones disponibles, y no me arrepiento, en la transicion aprendi muchisimo
en los post de este foro, por eso estoy muy feliz de unirme a el.
Ahora, despues de ocho software terminados con exito, cinco de ellos funcionando
productivamente en comercios y a entera satisfaccion de los usuarios.
Intentare desde mi humilde conocimiento aportar mi granito de arena al foro que tanto me ayudo.

The talent here, and the willingness to help, is truly extraordinary.
It can be a daunting transition from linear Clipper to HMG OOP (so much the same, but so many differences) but well worth it once your brain gets around it and you get over the frustration of things that used to work no longer doing so.
It sounds like you've made most of that leap already, so congratulations as well as a welcome.
