About controlling the space between an image and caption (in a control button)

If the image does not have spaces to the right or left because the gap between image and caption on a button, too, can control this space, or what can I do to fix it.

If we add space(s) in the caption like:

" Accept" or "Accept "
or space(5)+"Accept" or "Accept"+space(5)

Will it solve your problem?
