Origami Project Proposal - New

Dear all:
As I promised I'm posting the proposal for Origami Project. This is an idea that I had several weeks on my mind and want to share with you so to help find the way to make it reality.
I think It would be really useful for all who can contribute taking in account that today's business can't be done for just one person but it become really powerfull with a workgroup behind it.-
I'm looking for developers and expert that has the time and motivation to help me on this challenge.
