- alpha 005:
- correct handling of optional properties.
- check for duplicated id on widget creation.
- alpha 006:
- 'style' property support for 'table' widget (JQM styles).
- alpha 007:
- 'inputmask' property support.

- 'enabled' property support.
- alpha 009:
- support 'rangemin and 'rangemax' properties in 'number' widget.

- support for enhancements in 'select' widget (placeholder, sections, addItem, deleteItem, deleteAllItems, etc.).
