Jayadev: New Member Introduction

Hi,
My name is Jayadev and I am an Indian. I have been programming in clipper (in all flavours) since 1992 and later moved to xHarbour console based programming in 2003 to overcome the limitations of 16 bit dos programs. Very recently I have started migrating my applications to HMG / HMG Extended. Frankly I have worked more in HMG Extended than HMG.
I look forward to a very rewarding and fruitful association with this group.

Welcome to this forum.
I saw your posts in xHarbour and HMG Extended forum.
I am very happy to see you here
And there is a similarity between you and me. Both of us started Clipper in 1992
(I am a novice member of this forum, and learning HMG
)
Rathi, I also faced the same problem about your mail before joining HMG, when I wanted to give you thanks about DBU
(Oh, I forget it. Thank you Rathi for DBU.

No, my friend. I am really a novice learner. I am not a college professor or anything compared to anybody. Here we are all friends. And we all learn from others and share our knowledge and queries with others. And, IMHO, I should show respect to any person if I learn anything from him/her.
For example, I learned a lot about HMG + MySql from Rathi and I always say that Rathi is my MySql guru
