Looking at other tools as HMG-IDE you can see the ideas that would be good to add

Marinas-IDE have an interesting item in the Tools menu "make installer"

There's more important than that of HMG (must include QT library which is a great 40+ mb)

I'm using Inno Setup - small, quick and quite good.
It's not necessary to include such a tool in IDE, I think.

HMG Installer is also made using Inno Setup.

Yes, it can be seen, I think it is not difficult to prepare .iss file
