Some go through the difficulty of not being able to read the new messages (incoming) and are unable to contact to solve the problem because the inbox folder is with maximum of 50 messages reached. So you will receive following message like this:

You have <n> private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages... they will be re-sorted into appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

Like this image below: That's why I developed this tutorial to give aid and help to free up space and messages could be delivered normally and for this we have two options:

1. Delete all your not unsuable messages
2. Create a new folder to store your important messages

Option 1:
a. You must go into each message and delete it by button "x".
b. After turning your messages been deleted, you must click on following link in the image below (squared in red) Once clicked, the system will be delivered all your pending messages.

Option 2:
a. You can delete your unusuable messages
b. Click on menu option "Rules, folders & settings"
c. On field "add folder", type the name of folder to be created and confirm on "add" d. Once new folder has been created, you need to click on menu option "Inbox" to select all your messages to be moved. You can do it by button "Mark all"
e. Click on ComBox with now a new folder and confirm in "Go" (see below) f. After that you must click on following link in the image below (squared in red) That´s all !

gracias por la ayuda sobre bandeja llena.
no queria presionar sobre el boton para no perder los mensajes que no quise borrar. asi que me di cuenta que se pueden exportar los mensajes hacia XML y tenerlos guardados en mi computadora.
despues de exportar los mensajes del inbox presione dicho boton Release all on-hold messages. y pude leer ese mensaje y tambien note que los mensajes no fueron borrados

Realmente, para quien no conoce, dá miedo pensamos que eso puede hacer desaparecer los mensajes. Tenés razón.

Se puede abrir una nueva carpeta e mandar los mensajes para allá.

That phrase really gives fear, we use to think that all messages will be disappear. You're badly right, because I felt the same (twice).

You can open a new folder and send messages to there.

Actually, you can have as many as folders as you want.

I am having 4 folders as of now.
