All the posts are open. Only that, they can't post.

General is not HMG related. So, it is not shown to public.
HMG4 is now opened. I think sometime when the host server is changed the permissions got changed and I had forgotten to restore.

Again I don't understand relation between "HMG related" and "Shown to public."
