SMB2 Windows 7 and Share folders Index corruption

I installed the Windows XP virtual machine on my Windows 7 64 bit machine.

Under that I can run my old clipper compiled programs.

For testing the old programs I mapped network drives to folders in the windowsxp virtual machine.

It seems SMB2 is still active in the virtual machine as the programs randomly fail to create index files generating index corruption messages.

My main system uses Novell and I am creating now programs and re writing the old programs in HMG.

I wanted to run the old programs at my home (where I do most of my programming) so i thought this would be a way to do it.

Is anyone using shared folders and mapping the folder to a drive letter having index corruption problems on HMG compiled or older blinker clipper compiled programs? Does the Harbor compiler do spmething different to prevent SMB2 problems on the windows 7 platform?
