It is clipper clode, password is SMIS
All need dbf files will be created on first run if no dbf found

This is a good thing; if tables aren't empty understanding will be more easy and under ambiguity data entry is difficult.

Probably your .exe is a Clipper compiler product. Didn't tried compile with HMG or Harbour ?
