Rebuilding hmg3 : Appeal for help

Hi everyone,
I'm appealing to anyone in this group who knows how to build the hmg3 library to please help me. My aim is to use a harbour release greater than ver.2 so that i can get NETIO RPC support. If there is some other way round this, I would also appreciate.
