Harbour and MinGw

Hi guys,
I'm working with Hmg3.
I've notice that Hmg4 contain different version about Harbour and MinGw.
Can I substitute (Harbour and MinGw) with Hmg4 distribution? Can someone help me to do (there are differents directories...)?

Hi to everyone,
I tried to do something by myself.
1) I made a copy of Hmg3 distribution (Minigui, all files)
2) I removed "Harbour" directory and I replaced with "Harbour" from Hmg4
3) I removed "MinGw" directory and I replaced with "MinGw" from Hmg4

I tried to compile a simple source but I receive this log

I will check and tell you. Probably many of the harbour and other allied library source codes had got modified. But i think we can easily resolve these issues.
