How to work alone internet with CA-Clipper!

I made a AP to produce a txt file to upload to protal and need help for following tasks:
1.login in a web site for specificed item.(Need to neter a username and psw.)
2.upload specified .txt file.
Could anyone tell me how to archived above with CA-Clipper.
I have read those sample code and found that active X might be the one to use. But I still don't understand how to coding even I read that sample over and over.
