PostgreSQL 8.4 installation on Vista Home Premium

Installation is done ok. Service named postgres and standard user account named postgres is created during installation. But when I clik 'start server', error appears -system error 5, access denied.
When I switch off UAC in vista, server is started.
Any solution.

Ha, ha, ha
Don't worry my friend. About 1/2 months ago I "managed" to use PGSql, but it's on XP. I don't have Vista
I am now "struggling" with Sqlite
