Hi friends,

Today is a GRID day for me.

I have uploaded Grid control with many properties implemented and I am continuing to implement events and methods.

The list of implemented properties:

- Value
- Enabled
- Visible
- Row
- Col
- Width
- Height
- FontName
- FontSize
- FontBold
- FontItalic
- FontUnderline
- FontStrikeout
- ToolTip
- BackColor
- FontColor
- Widths (D)
- Headers (D)

- Header (nColumnNumber)

- CellNavigation (D)

The advantage of QT is, "there is nothing called properties available only at the time of definition. They are available at the run time too!"

I'm not able to compile the demos. I get the error LOCAL DECLARATION FOLLOWS... at many lines.

The problem is in grid.prg and affects all demos.

The first problem arises at line #208 of grid.

Hi team,

I've finished main menu.

It is fully compatible with standard HMG and all properties are available at runtime.

There is a nice extension, the 'visible' property.

You can hide and show an item at control creation and runtime.

The first problem arises at line #208 of grid.

And look at Grid's demo_3. Please remember that when using alternate syntax yoy can omit the codeblock syntax ({||}).

BTW, OnClick event of button is not working. I found it when tried with Textbox sample demo_1. Then I tried with button demos also. Is there any problem from my side during compilation?

Now the following properties/events/methods are also working for grid.

Properties:

- ShowHeaders
- AllowEdit

Events:

- OnChange
- OnDblClick

Methods:

- AddItem ( acItemText )
- DeleteItem ( nItemIndex )
- DeleteAllItems
- AddColumn ( [ nColIndex ] , [ cCaption ] , [ nWidth ] , [ nJustify ] )
- DeleteColumn ( nColIndex )

Kindly check Demo_2 or Demo_3. Thanks a lot Roberto for implementing Menu control. This helps to create demo easily! I think menu definition is some what hard in OOP syntax. So, I kept the demo_1 as it is.

I think it works well. You can try using demo_1 of grid.
