the printer marks ready, as if she was waiting for a task,
while printing continues, the spooler grows, and does not show any errors

Printing was working fine until about 6/8 months ago, when it started to give us problems, first it stopped sending, then it didn't print several intermediates, we haven't been able to isolate the problem because neither the program nor the printer gave an error
