Found a bug in ElapsedDays.prg to delete:
If Left(Dtoc(d1),2) == [31]
d1--
Endif

Would also be usefull to call it as a function with 2 dates and returning elapsed years, month, days...!
I will test next week.

i found another bug.
February is a very complicated month and I am not giving up.
I corrected and updated the algorithm.
These tests seem fair to me.

-no bugs
-No error
-tests more complicated leap years and not all OK
- 100% reliable

if you have downloaded the previous ones I suggest you delete them to avoid getting confused
