There is a system tray icon to do this.
East or West HMG is the Best.
South or North HMG is worth.

The all sources of this program are included in the HMG Extended distribution (at folder
samples\Applications\XMasLights ).
You can revise it

The reason is my Online Armor Firewall. It works properly when I uninstalled Online Armor
