DRAW ARC Sample

i found some Sample with DRAW ARC but i can not find out which X,Y Coordinate are used.

i start with

but how to get X,Y Coordinate for RADIAL

i want to start with 0° at "12" and have

  +180° at "6"
  +270° at "9"

which is like a Clock

under Xbase++ i need to use "negative" Value for "Clockwise" rotation

need some more help for "rules of mathematical operations" ...

i got Demo of my "Clock" working using HMG ... so far

but i have 2 Problem which can be show in Demo in right-Menu

a.) Size and BT_DrawArc()
b.) SetLayeredWindowAttributes() -> Transparency

ad a.) it work correct at 100% and 200% but other Size show wrong "12" Position (for MM and HH), why
ad b.) Transparency have RED Color

to draw "full-fit" Seconds i can use
