MEMOWRIT

Hola a todos.
¿Hay alguna forma que cuando se genera un fichero con MEMOWRIT este sea en UTF8 en lugar de ANSI.?

Si pongo

MEMOWRIT(cCarpeta+cNombrePro+".PRG","// Líneas del proyecto")

Me genera un PRG en formato ANSI.., me gustaría que ya saliese en formato UTF8

desde la linea de cmd
