Toolbar BackColor / Icon Transparent

Sample c:\hmg.3.4.4\SAMPLES\Controls\DATA_BOUND\

it seem Toolbar have no own BACKCOLOR / FONTCOLOR so it take it from Window.
but if i use BACKCOLOR BLACK i do not see Icon from Toolbar any more, why

if i set NOTRANSPARENT than i see (hole) Icon ... hm

i like Dark-Mode so i like to have this

it 1st Icon have wrong Transparency but other are ok on Black Background
