Speed when link / Pre-Link Option ?

does harbour default link increment

if No how to enable it
it will find Syntax Error immediately but when try to link EXE take a long time ... before i got Error "missing" Message

i guess it create a VBA-Script to call Hbmk2
so my Question is if there is a "Pre-Link" Option to call a App before
