How to print filled rectangle?

For having this feature, we have to alter i_print.ch, h_controlmisc.prg and c_controlmisc.c. I will do it tonight, verify it and give it to you.

and... I'll add to next HMG release.

Here is the pack of altered files. Kindly unzip in c:\hmg and run makehmg.bat. Compile and verify with sample file.

mmm... perhaps, you could create an alternate progressbar easily based on new filled rectangle.

It will perform the same on any theme.
