I had a great pleasure in submitting my small paper on HMG and Tamil HMG Compiler in the 15th World Tamil Internet Conference, 2016 conducted by INFITT (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INFITT). Among 150+ submitted papers 73 papers were selected for publication and presentation. This conference is to encourage people who are interested in Tamil Computing. Tamil is my mother tongue and I am very fond of it (Who won't?) My dream of bringing Tamil to HMG was fulfilled from HMG version 3.0
It's an idea to advance it further, I tried for a compiler for Tamil HMG to enable coding purely in Tamil Language and a software to convert them to pure HMG. I have made the prototype compiler in HMG and it works fine. My paper is about introduction of HMG to the people and about my compiler. It was really applauded by all in the floor and now I can go on developing this compiler for all the reserved words.
I have felt that we have to promote Harbour and HMG as more than 10+ people in the audience of 100 knew and used Clipper before but none of them were aware of Harbour.
My paper is included in the conference book and I am happy for that. I will share some pictures and extracts afterwards in this thread.
I have included the English version of the presentation. Thanks for reading.
