Which Version to Use?

Hello All!,

I have been away for a little while. I have a project that came up such that I can think of no better software than HMG to do it in!

1. Which version should I go with at this point, which is the most stable for a Windows app on a 64-bit Windows OS (Windows 7,10, 2008\2012 Server)?

2. What are the minimum tools to download for that version? I remember needing the Borland C Compiler. Is there a page that details the above?

HMG is based on Mingw. No need to use Borland C or any other tool .
newest version is stable. Apply all patches.
