Dear unfortunately is a global trend, companies do not care about the skills and experience you may have a person even prefer those newly graduates because they are cheaper, it is unfortunate but so is this world.

This appear to be a global problem.

Advances on health care allow us to live more and better, but at the same time, we are considered 'useless' at 40+.

As we grow, our perspective of life, our goals and behavior, changes in a way that most companies dislike.

The only way to 'survive' this trend is to start your own business or (at least) be self-employed. If not, you should be lucky enough to find a job request not mentioning 'until 35 years old' mandatory requirement.

Every age has its own characteristics and beauty;

It required us to recognize them and be able to live right.

Nostradamus says: "Le temps n'est rien; aimer, vouloir, c'est tout !"
