I'm sorry for this delay. I found "little" hard work with ODBC, but at this moment, this is the only way that I know to work with MsSql. On the other hand, I had problem with lock like MySql. Perhaps, I don't understand their mechanism. I found very good and more efficently PostGreSql, but if you must work with MsSql and ODBC tell me if you want some help. I don't have MsSql but I can try to use ODBC with MySql.

I've prepared my app to work with MSSQL via ODBC with SQLMIX.
I didn't search about record locking - now I must end with somohow
working application..
