Photo problem

Hello everybody

I have a problem with review of photos. I am trying to do that but for some of photos my program doesn't work. Instructions for review these photos are below:
MainForm.TextBoxPhoto.Value := alltrim(PRICE->PHOTO)
MainForm.ImagePhoto.Picture := IF( File( alltrim(PRICE->PHOTO) ), alltrim(PRICE->PHOTO), "res/empty.bmp" )

PRICE->PHOTO contains full path of photo.
Samples of "good" and "bad" photos are attached.

OK - maybe I wrote enough clearly

Problem is that control Image doesn't show all images .For instance picture good.jpg is shown correctly but picture bad.jpg isn't shown in general . I don't understand why because these picture are similar regarding pixels and size and may be reviewed in other graphic applications.

Here is what I saw in my browser. Maybe bad is really bad? (WinXp+IE8)
