How to create status window...

I need to create status window while programming ECR (registering cash).
I want to use progressbar to indicate progress of operation and grid with informations about sent plu's (codes of articles) and their prices.

I've created something like that:

Code: Select all

	load window ECRStatus
	center window ECRStatus
	ECRStatus.TextBox_ECRName.Value := cNameOfECR
	show window OknoStatusTransmisji

every PLU sent to ECR could be placed to a grid as a comment of operation:

Code: Select all

ECRStatus.Grid_TransmissionStatus.AddItem( { cNameOfPLU } )
ECRStatus.Grid_TransmissionStatus.Refresh
//update progressbar
ECRStatus.ProgressBar.Value := reccount()

Everything seems to work, but no information is displayed on the screen until the whole programming is done.
Only vertical scroll of grid is moving...

And now, my question:
How to refresh window to cause the whole grid wold be visible?

DO EVENTS

within processing loop?

Please try:

ECRStatus.Grid_TransmissionStatus.AddItem( { cNameOfPLU } )
ECRStatus.Grid_TransmissionStatus.Refresh
//update progressbar
ECRStatus.ProgressBar.Value := reccount()
DO EVENTS
