Being Clipper programmer, I am more at home in command line and am happy.
But have read a lot about HMGS-IDE Project Manager and Two-Way Visual Form Designer and finally took the plunge.
First I tried the menu "help > update". It made a new folder "updates\" and downloaded all files in it.
It is obvious that the old ide and related files should be overwritten. Should I do it manually ? Or is there any menu command to do it ?
Regards,
Anand

Well yes.
The IDE can be found in MiniGUI Extended folder. The folder created under it with all files, exe, prg, chm etc.
The update menu from the IDE.
Now my query is "should I copy the files from the 'updates' folder manually overwriting the old ones ?
Or is there a menu for it ?

Anand

Well, not getting any reply, I started comparing the downloaded codes with existing ones and to my surprise the downloaded ones are older !!
Well I am keeping and using the existing ones now.

Re: HMGS-IDE Project Manager and Two-Way Visual Form Designer
Installed the latest HMG MiniGUI 20.01 update 6, for latest IDE.
Tried c:\MiniGUI\IDE\SAMPLES\HELLO\, build Ok and shows window Hello World.
Tried c:\MiniGUI\IDE\SAMPLES\TSBROWSE\, build Error.
How to fix it ?

Anand
