There isn't a way (or ways) for "starring" or "flagging" post(s) in our forum ?

You mean always showing a topic in the first page like that?

Not fully clear for me too
I want "sign" same posts with any sign (star or flag or another else) and seeing seperatly posts signed by me. For example in a page like "posts important for me".
Probably there isn't such functionality. But may be phbBB experts find a way.
